Do I get to keep the lights after installation?
No, the lights remain the property of Cascade Light Pros. We provide, install, maintain, take down, and store the lights for you to use again next year.
What happens if a bulb goes out or there’s an issue with my display?
If anything happens to your lights during the season, simply give us a call. Our team will come out promptly to repair or replace them at no additional cost.
How much does holiday lighting cost?
Pricing for holiday lighting starts at $600 and increases depending on the size and design of your home. Permanent lighting pricing varies depending on the system and length of installation.
When do you take the lights down?
We schedule take-downs starting after the New Year and work through January to remove and safely store your lights for the following season.
Are you licensed and insured?
We are fully insured to protect both our team and your property. At this time, we are not required to carry a specific lighting license.
How early should I schedule my installation?
We recommend booking as early as September or October to secure your preferred installation date before the holiday rush in November and December.
